- Process Knowledge: Strong understanding of ITIL framework and problem management principles.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to influence and collaborate.
- Analytical Skills: Expertise in RCA techniques and problem-solving methodologies.
- Tools: Familiarity with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, BMC Remedy).
- Certifications (Preferred): ITIL Foundation or higher.
