  • Process Knowledge: Strong understanding of ITIL framework and problem management principles.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to influence and collaborate.
  • Analytical Skills: Expertise in RCA techniques and problem-solving methodologies.
  • Tools: Familiarity with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, BMC Remedy).
  • Certifications (Preferred): ITIL Foundation or higher.
