Process Analyst

Overview

Senior person who can play the role of Process Lead as well. This is a 6 month contract position. Should have Telecom (preferably consumer) experience. Should have understanding of Product Lifecycle Management of Devices (Mobile, Fixed, IoT) from ranging, procurement, go to market through to end of life.

Responsibilities

• Act as Process Lead; identify business problem areas and align themselves to the pain areas through Continuous Improvement Projects.
• Strengthen and enhance internal processes to make them more efficient and effective by identifying process improvement/re-engineering opportunities.
• Work with the client’s Business Excellence & Operations teams to hunt down processes for RPA & conduct initial RPA process investigation, priority, assessment & fitment analysis. You will be responsible for PDD (Process Design Document).
