Process Analyst

We are looking for a Process Analyst to support continuous improvement and operational efficiency across our production sites. This role works closely with Operations to analyze manufacturing KPIs, optimize processes, and support cost-saving and performance improvement initiatives under close supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze manufacturing KPIs (OEE, UPH, cycle time, yield) to support operational performance.
• Support process, layout, and workflow improvements across production areas.
• Contribute to cost-saving and productivity initiatives through continuous improvement projects.
• Apply Lean / Six Sigma tools (5S, VSM, SMED, TPM, Kaizen) and support process standardization and documentation.
• Assist senior team members with manufacturing optimization, change management, and best practice deployment.
