Services Description:
Within Global Productivity, the Business Process Transformation team is focused on driving business process changes across tooling, processes and policies, to facilitate incremental Sales productivity. This role will be driving GTM process and systems transformation, including system and data analysis, bugs and enhancement and support. The Process Analyst, the role will support or lead the entire delivery lifecycle for process and system changes: Analysis, Requirements Gathering, Support Build, Testing, Change Management, Communication and Reporting and Dashboard creation.
- Work cross-functionally to investigate and do analysis on system issues
- Work Salesforce enhancement queue and drive system changes
