Process Analyst & Technical Writer Intern

We are a Cloud & Cybersecurity Provider, our focus is to provide medium-sized and large companies with Cloud services at the highest level of reliability and performance, integrated with Cybersecurity solutions that protect their data and applications.

We are looking for a curious and proactive colleague to join our Team as PROCESS ANALYST & TECHNICAL WRITER INTERN.

This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in process mapping and designing within the digital transformation of the company, technical documentation and analytical thinking through cross-functional collaboration within a dynamic and innovative IT services environment.

The internship will include the following activities:

• Join meetings with technical and business teams to understand and streamline processes and gather insights for improving documentation;

• Work closely with technical experts to collect, organize, and simplify information about our Cloud and Cybersecurity services;

• Support the creation and updating of process and technical documentation, using AI tools, to make information clear, accurate, and easy to use;

• Analyze workflows and processes to spot inefficiencies, suggest improvements, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement;

• Help prepare technical product sheets, internal presentations, and knowledge-sharing materials for the team and stakeholders;

• Collaborate across teams to ensure documentation and processes are consistent, practical, and aligned with company standards.

The ideal candidate meets the following requirements:

Hard Skills:

• Master's Degree in Engineering/management engineering or related field;

• Interest in process mapping, workflow analysis, or business process documentation;

• Ability to create clear, concise, and accurate documentation;

• Capability to structure information logically for readability and consistency;

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office is mandatory, knowledge of Visio, MS365 and AI tools is a plus.

Language Skills:

• Good command of Italian and English, both written and spoken is mandatory;

• Good command of French and/or Spanish is a plus.

   

Soft Skills:

• Proactivity and willingness to learn;

• Analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate processes and identify improvement opportunities;

• Attention to details;

• Teamwork and collaboration.
