Job Description
What you’ll do
- Assist process owners to develop/finalize their standard operating plans.
- Operations performance monitoring and compliance to set standards.
- Organize/spearhead weekly and/or monthly meetings with Operations to review their performance.
- Perform regular, periodic process audits to ensure all processes are aligned with the set standards.
- Submission of progress reports on new and existing projects (weekly report).
- Provide technical support to come up with solutions, corrective actions to client issues.
- Amendment of Standard Operating Plan to update, incorporate process improvements.
- Review of Clients (master) operating plans.
