Job Description

What you’ll do

  • Assist process owners to develop/finalize their standard operating plans.
  • Operations performance monitoring and compliance to set standards.
  • Organize/spearhead weekly and/or monthly meetings with Operations to review their performance.
  • Perform regular, periodic process audits to ensure all processes are aligned with the set standards.
  • Submission of progress reports on new and existing projects (weekly report).
  • Provide technical support to come up with solutions, corrective actions to client issues.
  • Amendment of Standard Operating Plan to update, incorporate process improvements.
  • Review of Clients (master) operating plans.
