- Location: Tuas (transport pick up provided)
- 5 days work week, 8am to 5pm
- Ability to travel to China for 2 – 4 times a year

Role Summary
The Process & Quality Engineer is responsible for developing, improving, and controlling manufacturing processes to ensure consistent product quality, efficiency, and compliance with internal and external standards. This role works closely with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to drive continuous improvement, reduce defects, and optimize manufacturing performance.
Key Responsibilities
Process Engineering
- Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes to improve yield, efficiency, and cost
- Analyze production data to identify process gaps, root causes, and improvement opportunities
- Lead process validation, capability studies (Cp, Cpk), and cycle time analysis
