Job Summary
This role performs routine clerical tasks that support office workflows and processes. Specific duties include:
Accurately enters invoices for payment.Ensures records for compliance of corporate policies and standards are up to date.Accurately enters times for field personnel (weekly task).Follows office safety practice.Takes calls from the contact center reps to answer questions about orders and speaking with plumbers to coordinate orders for upgrades.Provides excellent customer service to both internal and external customersWorks with area supervisor and analyst to review customer bills.Provides support for sales and engineering (creating orders)Reviews and maintains orders for accuracy
