Job Summary

This role performs routine clerical tasks that support office workflows and processes. Specific duties include:

  • Accurately enters invoices for payment.

  • Ensures records for compliance of corporate policies and standards are up to date.

  • Accurately enters times for field personnel (weekly task).

  • Follows office safety practice.

  • Takes calls from the contact center reps to answer questions about orders and speaking with plumbers to coordinate orders for upgrades.

  • Provides excellent customer service to both internal and external customers

  • Works with area supervisor and analyst to review customer bills.

  • Provides support for sales and engineering (creating orders)

  • Reviews and maintains orders for accuracy

  • Daily reviews orders to ensure:

  • Compliance Tasks are dispatched.

  • Customer Facing Orders are dispatched.
