Process Associate Engineer (Test/Wafer Probing)

Responsibilities

• Provides technical troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repair support for Test/Wafer Probing equipment and tools.
• Carry out preventive maintenance to the machine and equipment.
• Ensure the availability of materials and spare parts.
• Maintains records of daily, monthly and yearly maintenance programs.
• Performs other projects related to improving production operations.
• Assist process engineer to carry out evaluation.
• Document production equipment and assembly work instruction to hand off from Engineering to Operations.

Qualifications

• Candidate must have at least a Diploma in Engineering or equivalent.
• 5 years of experience in equipment maintenance in manufacturing environment, preferably in front end manufacturing.
• Experienced in using MS Office.
