Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process transactions as per defined SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).
  • Review, verify, and enter data with accuracy and speed.
  • Handle client queries via email, chat, or calls (as applicable).
  • Ensure timely completion of tasks within SLAs.
  • Maintain confidentiality and data integrity.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve process issues.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and escalate as needed.
  • Prepare and maintain reports and logs as required.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • 0–2 years of experience in BPO/KPO/Operations (freshers can apply).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word).
  • Ability to work in shifts (rotational shifts may apply).
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
