Role & responsibilities

  • Accurately enter data and verify data related to customer and APF proposals with check list provided.
  • Oversee the process of customer and builder APF proposals.
  • Regular follow-up / clarification from Branch, sales team, DSA/connector.
  • Coordinate legal and valuation processes with relevant vendors.
  • Ensure all required legal and valuation documents are obtained and processed promptly.
  • Address and resolve queries from customers, builders, and internal stakeholders efficiently.
  • Provide daily /weekly and monthly MIS.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Candidate should have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the banking / financial services sector with at least 3+ years of experience in the field of Retail Assets focusing on Housing Loan & Secured loans (LAP).
  • Specialist in HL/LAP proposal verification end to end
