Job Description
- Conduct and support chemical process development and optimization activities.
- Monitor and improve chemical reactions, yields, and process parameters for production efficiency.
- Analyze samples using standard laboratory techniques and ensure results meet quality standards.
- Prepare technical reports, maintain laboratory records, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with production teams to scale up processes from lab to plant level.
- Troubleshoot process-related issues and propose corrective actions.
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and disposal of chemicals used in the lab and plant.
