Job Description

  • Promote and implement production system methodologies and culture within the plant.
  • Lead and coordinate improvement initiatives, acting as coach and support on the shop floor.
  • Ensure process robustness by meeting safety, quality, and productivity standards.
  • Analyze performance indicators (KPIs) and apply corrective actions to achieve established goals.
  • Provide frontline support in HR, Quality, Manufacturing, Safety, and Scheduling.
  • Guide and train work teams in Lean, Six Sigma, and production tools.
  • Maintain effective communication with plant leaders and operational teams to ensure alignment.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
  • 2–3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, including leading teams and supervisors.
  • Proven leadership skills with ability to coach and mentor workgroups effectively.
