Our client, a Top 5 Canadian Bank, is looking to hire a Process Consultant (Business Discovery and Optimization) for a 12-month contract (with potential extension or conversion to FTE). This is a hybrid position based in Toronto.
Responsibilities:
Provide in-depth business analysis and process consultation to support Enterprise Digital & AI Enablement in improving operational and business processes. Identify process inefficiencies, assess impacts, and recommend actionable solutions that enhance client and employee experiences. Develop detailed current and future state process maps to identify improvement opportunities. Facilitate collaboration and brainstorming sessions with cross-functional stakeholders using tools such as FigJam or Mural.
