Job Description

As a Senior Process Analyst - HR, you'll support both employee and business needs by delivering outstanding HR services.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Update and process employee data in the HR System to provide accurate and timely information for various HR Services.
  • Interface with customers to resolve questions and issues regarding compensation administration/processes.
  • Provide data for any internal business controls team as required.
  • Ensure compliance with the client's existing standards.
  • You'll need a good understanding of internal and external policies, procedures, regulations, and compliance related to Human Resources to respond to employee queries effectively.

  • Bachelor's Degree
