Job Description
As a Senior Process Analyst - HR, you'll support both employee and business needs by delivering outstanding HR services.
Primary Responsibilities
- Update and process employee data in the HR System to provide accurate and timely information for various HR Services.
- Interface with customers to resolve questions and issues regarding compensation administration/processes.
- Provide data for any internal business controls team as required.
- Ensure compliance with the client's existing standards.
- You'll need a good understanding of internal and external policies, procedures, regulations, and compliance related to Human Resources to respond to employee queries effectively.
