The objective of this position is to deliver the ProfitCoach Experience (customized solutions, ease of doing business, and extraordinary service) by designing, implementing, monitoring, and improving property management processes for multiple property management companies utilizing ProfitCoach services.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Design and Implementation (75%):
- Conceptualize and create processes for new and existing services and situations.
- Work with workflow automation software and third-party integrations to build efficient and effective processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design new processes or modify existing ones, ensuring they meet production requirements and industry standards.
- Lead calls with various clients and direct conversations in order to understand needs, assess situations, and provide solutions.
- Support the implementation and adoption of processes to ensure long term sustainability and success.
Process Optimization (10%):
- Analyze existing processes and identify areas for improvement in terms of efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and sustainability.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize operational processes, aiming for increased throughput and improved overall performance.
Quality Assurance (5%):
- Ensure that processes meet quality standards and best practices.
- Implement measures to ensure consistent service quality while handling custom scenarios and exceptions.
Continuous Improvement (5%):
- Champion a culture of continuous process development and improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to foster a mindset of efficiency and innovation
Data Analysis and Monitoring (5%):
- Collect and analyze data related to process performance, identifying trends, potential issues, and best practices.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
Technical Skills
- Strong understanding of workflow software processes and systems.
- Proficiency in workflow design and no-code process automation tools (sp. Zapier).
- Experience with LeadSimple software is preferred but not required.
Communication Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with both clients and internal team members.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Problem-Solving Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and address process-related issues.
- Ability to conceptualize concepts and ideas and turn them into tangible action.
Project Management:
- Aptitude for project management, including planning, execution, and documentation.
- Understanding of managing tasks as well as holding others accountable for their tasks in order achieve milestones with a high degree of quality and timeliness.

Pay: $288.00 - $360.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 - 45 per week
