Job Title: Process Development Associate
Location: Thousand Oaks, California (Onsite)

Job Summary: We enable the development, characterization, and scale-up of end-to-end bioprocesses that support late-stage drug substance manufacturing. Our team works in a collaborative, laboratory-based environment where innovative thinking and strong scientific fundamentals contribute to advancing an exciting clinical pipeline.

Responsibilities:

  • Culture mammalian cells and maintain bioreactors, supporting both upstream and downstream experimental work.
  • Conduct protein chromatography, filtration, and UF/DF operations, applying established platform approaches to drug substance development.
  • Contribute to laboratory organization and execute 5S and yellowbelt initiatives for improved operational excellence.
