Job Description Job Description Process Development Engineer: Olon USA is a contract manufacturing organization focused on making active pharmaceutical ingredients (API). The primary area of specialization is first time scale up of complex organic chemistry reactions and corresponding purification processes to achieve successful pilot plant production. The company is comprised of highly technical staff with about 75% of all employees being in a technical role. Significant interaction occurs between Chemical Engineers, Organic Chemists, and Analytical Chemists for each pilot plant project that is executed. Essential Responsibilities The ability to interact with chemists to learn new chemical processes, translate these processes into executable instructions, and guide operators through production.
