Process Development Manager

Job Description Job Description Position Summary: This position is responsible for providing molding process guidance to customers and to the engineering team, assisting with the quoting of new molding projects, supporting the project engineering team with molding process development, providing optimized manufacturing processes to the production team, and implementing new technologies related to improving the injection molding process. Schedule: While the standard schedule is daytime office hours, this position requires flexibility to meet the needs of a 24/7 manufacturing environment. Salary: Exempt.
