Process Development Scientist

Responsibilities:

• Conduct lab-scale experiments to support plant operations, process improvements, and technology evaluations.
• Draft and update SOPs/SLPs, and support technology transfer and process validation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, quality, compliance) to troubleshoot and improve processes.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Sigma tools.
• Maintain lab equipment, perform analytical testing, and ensure timely delivery of technical milestones.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in process development or laboratory work (pharma/chemical industry preferred).
• Strong analytical, documentation, and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
