Key Responsibilities
Process Documentation & Design
- Document business processes using clear, structured, and standardized formats
- Design and map end-to-end (E2E) processes, identifying roles, ownership, and handoffs
- Develop process flows, narratives, and supporting documentation
Review & Quality Assurance
- Review existing process documentation to ensure accuracy, clarity, and relevance
- Update process documents to reflect operational, system, or policy changes
- Ensure documentation aligns with approved governance standards and templates
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Collaborate with business units, IT teams, and project stakeholders to validate process steps
- Facilitate discussions to confirm process ownership, dependencies, and controls
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders across different levels of the organization
