Key Responsibilities

Process Documentation & Design

  • Document business processes using clear, structured, and standardized formats
  • Design and map end-to-end (E2E) processes, identifying roles, ownership, and handoffs
  • Develop process flows, narratives, and supporting documentation

Review & Quality Assurance

  • Review existing process documentation to ensure accuracy, clarity, and relevance
  • Update process documents to reflect operational, system, or policy changes
  • Ensure documentation aligns with approved governance standards and templates

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Collaborate with business units, IT teams, and project stakeholders to validate process steps
  • Facilitate discussions to confirm process ownership, dependencies, and controls
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders across different levels of the organization
