Job Responsibilities
Develop and fine-tune thin film and dimensional metrology recipes for advanced process demonstrations, focusing on spectroscopic ellipsometry among other techniques. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality metrology services, from initial request through solution implementation. Monitor and ensure the performance and stability of metrology tools through rigorous Statistical Process Control (SPC).
