Job Title: Process Engineer 4 – O2A Process Engineering Consultant

Location: Charlotte, NC | Hybrid 3x/week

Contract Length: 6 months (intent to extend/convert to FTE)

Rate: $57-63/hr

Interview Process: 30-minute MS Teams interview

Top Requirements:

  • 6+ years of process engineering, automation, or workforce analytics experience
  • Experience translating observed workflows into SOPs or automation-ready requirements
  • Strong delivery execution and stakeholder collaboration skills
  • Experience working across technical and business teams

    • Plusses:

  • Experience with , digital twins, or task mining tools
  • Exposure to AI/ML-enabled environments
  • Financial services transformation experience
