Job Description

Responsibilities:-

  • Responsible for the design, facilitation and implementation of existing / new processes in production/assembly lines
  • Responsible for study and implementation of capacity management activities for planned and projected product development/production requirements & business objectives. 
  •  Plan, develop and implement projects to improve productivity, process efficiency, and deliver yield improvement
  •  Ensure documentation of processes in authorised formats / Advanced Product Quality Planning. 
  • Instituting and implementing process improvements to address increased levels of productivity, quality and cost reduction is critical. 

    • Desired Profile:

    B.E. (Mechanical Engineering) with 10-12 years of experience or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 13-15 years in Manufacturing Process Engineering.

    Mandatory to have experience in Machining and Assembly, such as turning, milling, HMC (Horizontal Machining Centre), VTL (Vertical Turning Centre) and Subassembly Process.
