About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and innovative professional to join our team as a Process Engineer.  You will partner with domain leads and multidisciplinary digital product owners to simplify business processes, drive process rationalization, and deliver significant improvements in efficiency, cost, customer experience, and service quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and execute end-to-end digital operating models in partnership with domain leads and digital Product Owners.
  • Analyse current workflows, products, tools, and systems to identify and prioritize solutions for process rationalization, reengineering, and organizational alignment.
  • Support delivery of improvements in efficiency, marginal cost, customer experience, and service quality for business processes and underlying capabilities.
  • Collaborate with Business Intelligence/Analytics and Customer/User Experience Analytics teams to define and measure metrics/KPIs, with clear attribution to business processes.
  • Support the development of roadmaps reflecting customer/employee needs and foundational technology capabilities.
  • Ensure target state processes and exception-based workflows are followed, controlled, and systemically tested for quality assurance in a repeatable and scalable manner.
  • Convert target operating models and business processes into epics, user stories, business rules, and other relevant artifacts.
  • Apply agile methodologies and ways of working.

Qualifications

Skills & Experience Required

  • Experience in end-to-end product process (requirements gathering, briefing development teams, UAT testing, go-to-market/launching new products, writing user stories).
  • Excellent process flow mapping, admin systems, configuration, and workflow creation/management skills.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including mapping multiple product line codes.
  • Strong attention to detail and drive.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to update and engage partners.
  • Technically minded, curious, and able to challenge current ways of working.
  • Ability to distil requirements into actionable and timely information.
  • Domain knowledge is desirable.
