**Job Description:**
The Process Engineer will drive continuous improvement, optimize manufacturing processes, and support the launch of new products and technologies for ITW Formex. This role is responsible for determining the methods, controls and quality standards required for processing, fabrication and assembly of products by reviewing parts drawings, specifications, and other engineering data, and ensures that products and processes meet organization standards.
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**
+ Analyze, develop, and optimize polypropylene (PP) Extrusion manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality, and safety
+ Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for process-related issues
+ Lead process trials, validations, and design of experiments (DOEs) for new products, materials, and equipment
