Job Description

This position provides leadership, direction, and problem-solving skills to eliminate manufacturing conflicts, document improvements, and maintain positive relations with our customers.

  • Be a customer service liaison between our facility and core injection facility.
  • Will develop and approve new and revised Activity Instructions criteria in the tool and die manufacturing areas. 
  • Is responsible for daily interface and communication of issues with manufacturing, maintenance, facilities personnel responsible for the wax areas.
  • Be responsible for ensuring that the tool processes are performed in compliance with the methods, materials, and equipment specifications as detailed in the Corporate Tooling Manual (TM).
  • Will be responsible for determination of the root cause of any deviation from a critical process specification and develop a timely and formal reaction plan which will include an escalating help chain system. The help chain system will includ...
