Job Description

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, and optimize industrial processes from inception through to start up and volume manufacturing period. Design, run, test, and upgrade systems and processes.
• Responsible for evaluating existing processes and configuring manufacturing systems to reduce cost, improve sustainability, maximize profitability, and develop best practices within the production process. Identify ways to reduce production costs through recommendations – new process equipment, equipment justification to improve performance.
• Develop working instructions, workmanship standards and process documents, and ensure they are followed. Manage manufacturing documentation required for product manufacturing i.e. material and component drawings, BOM, accurate work instructions and workmanship standards and process procedures.
