Process Engineer

As a Senior Process Engineer , you will be responsible for process training to lead initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and workforce competency. This role focuses on combining process engineering expertise with effective training strategies, empowering teams to improve productivity, minimize waste, and drive continuous improvement.

• Training Development & Implementation – Create and deliver technical training programs for engineers, operators, and technicians.
• Process Optimization & Improvement – Analyze, design, and refine manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work closely with HR, Maintenance, QC, and production teams to ensure seamless process integration.
