Responsibilities:

  • Be a technical specialist in developing EMS manufacturing solution of Box Build and System Level Assembly capability and capacity to meet customer deliverables. 
  • Participate in RFQ phase to provide manufacturing quote, to meet customer product specifications and cost expectation. 
  • Understand customer requirement and develop manufacturing plan of NPI project to meet customer deliverables. 
  • Execute NPI activities includes project plan (Gantt Chart), process setup, layout & validation and develop the documentation (Process Flow, PFMEA, Control Plan, WI).
  • Coordinate and work with Manufacturing Technical Staffs for the First Article run & qualification.

  • Diploma/Degree in Mechatronics / Electronic / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
