Job Description

Overview:

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to be a versatile, hands-on engineer at a food additives plant north of Lacrosse Wisconsin. This role involves optimizing plant processes, providing day-to-day operational support, designing and installing equipment, and assisting maintenance technicians. The plant equipment includes mixers, spray dryers, fermenters, PLC's, and bulk packaging equipment. Growth could be to any US or overseas sites that produce food additives, pharmaceuticals, Biotech products, and chemicals.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Identifying and resolving issues that arise during production, including equipment malfunctions and process deviations

  • Creating and updating P&IDs, and participating in Process Safety Analyses (PSAs), HAZOPs, and Failure Mode & Effects Analysis (FMEA)
