-Evaluate, design, and execute engineering projects that support production units and increase manufacturing capacity. -Lead long‑term continuous improvement initiatives that reduce cycle times, enhance equipment performance, and streamline workflows. -Apply Six Sigma methodologies to identify root causes of process failures, conduct correlation analyses, and implement corrective actions to ensure consistent product quality.
