Process Engineer

We are looking for a Process Engineer with at least 3 years of experience to join our team in Valencia, to work with one of the most important Tier 1 suppliers in the automotive sector.

Missions:

• Define the technical requirements for machinery, including specifications, cycle times, performance criteria, and safety standards.
• Perform supplier follow-up and machine validation activities, reviewing designs, layouts, functionality, approvals, and technical documentation.
• Supervise FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) at supplier facilities and SAT (Site Acceptance Test) at the production site.
• Collaborate with Project Engineering and the Technical Purchasing team.
• Use CAD tools (e.g., NX / Siemens Unigraphics) to review tooling and equipment designs.
• Prepare technical reports, validation documentation, and project records.

Requirements:

• Degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience of at least 4 years as a Process Engineer in an industrial environment.
• Experience in the automotive sector.
• Advanced knowledge of CAD Unigraphics (NX) for project visualization and review.
• Experience in auditing and monitoring of assembly machinery, welding processes, and tooling.
• Ability to document processes and timings, and manage assembly lines.
• High level of English and Spanish, both spoken and written.
