  • Focal point for Operations & Maintenance works for the entire Green Hydrogen Plant facility - execution of all activities & management of interfaces and resources necessary for ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient operation of the plant on a continuous basis
  • DCS and field activities during regular operations as well as planned / unplanned shut down
  • Develop production plans and maintain the required and agreed level of performance and availability of the plant in response to inputs received from downstream workshops 
  • Maintain complete and accurate logs for all the activities being performed at site
  • Maintain records of operating data required for efficient operations of the facility
  • Ensure that the operations are performed within the bounds of environmental and regulatory norms
  • Carry out the required assessment and root cause analysis and suggest improvements in operations in case of failures
  • Generate regular (daily, weekly, monthly) performance reports for different levels of management
  • Develop and implement schedule and related checklists for regular and preventive and breakdown maintenance works
  • Perform all routine activities, inspections, and component testing in accordance with Prudent industry practices and any applicable standards / laws
  • In case of equipment failure, perform the necessary troubleshooting, repair / replacement works and ensure proper functioning
  • Ensure availability of necessary clearances and approvals for execution of maintenance works
  • Perform Sample analysis as and when required to ensure efficient operations of the facility
  • Perform calibration works for all instrumentation / control Valves items in scope as per client /vendor recommendations 
  • Track consumption of utilities, chemicals and other consumables and develop procurement plans for the same and manage inventory of spares and consumption records for the spares
  • Achieve and improve on targets related to agreed set of KPIs with respect to plant performance
