Process/Production Engineer – Paper Machine Operations
The Production Engineer plays a key role in optimizing paper machine performance by coordinating and improving processes, ensuring safety and quality, and driving efficiency through Lean Six Sigma initiatives. This position actively recommends technical enhancements based on best practices and current industry knowledge.
This job will have the following responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Superintendent, Maintenance, Shift Supervisors) to meet production, safety, and financial goals
Coordinate technical trials to improve productivity and quality standards
Troubleshoot daily issues and implement sustainable solutions
