Qualifications
- Develop and implement manufacturing and production processes
- Create and maintain manufacturing work instructions and routings
- Perform line balancing and process optimization using Lean Manufacturing principles
- Support quality systems, EH&S standards, and ergonomic requirements
- Utilize ERP systems (such as SAP) for Bills of Material, routings, and configuration follow-up
- Apply CAD and PLM tools (CATIA, DELMIA) to support manufacturing processes
- Support process planning activities including ME, QRQC, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Provide general knowledge and oversight of welding processes and welding symbol interpretation
- Support lifting operations by proposing appropriate lifting methods and assisting with lifting plan preparation
- Analyze and resolve production issues using problem-solving tools (PDCA, 5-Why, Pareto, SPC)
