- Lean (Intermediate - Advanced).
- Balancing Lines (Basic - Intermediate).
- Core Tools (Desirable).
- Green Belt (Desirable).
- General knowledge of using Minitab.
- Management of Design Tools could be Solid Work or Inventor (Intermediate)
- Geometric Tolerances & interpretation of drawings (Intermediate)
- Office (Excel, Word, Power Point, Visio, autocad, Project).
- Knowledge of tools for problem solving.
- Experience in Equipment / Product Transfers. (Intermediate)
- Participation and Preparation of Savings Projects.
