Responsabilidades

The process engineering is responsible to develop processes for new products and Manufacturing problems solutions. In addition this position has the responsibility to ensure savings projects according plans of departments assigned.

  • Manufacturing Problem Solving, Eficiency / Productivity
  • -Spoilage Reduction, Root Cause Analisis, Action plan
  • -Quality Issues, Problem Solutions.
  • -Safety Issues, Processes analisis
  • -Fixtures repairing, maintenance
  • -Man Power Calculation
  • -Demand increment, Line balancing
  • -Engineering Changes, BOMs, Work Instructions.
  • -Times Análisis Update
  • -Productivity Projects,
  • -Daily meetings and follow up
  • -Work Instructions, ISO 9000, System
  • Reviews, Design, Drawings, BOMs, Packing, Etc.
  • -Materials Presentation on the floor
  • Capex projects
  • -Pilots, Materials Follow up, production Scheduling, -Trials
  • -Work Instructions
  • -PFMEA, -Work Instructions
  • -Develop of Fixtures, Molds,
  • -Tools & Equipment Development
  • -Flow Diagram, Routing info, Times Studies,
  • -Run & rates trials
  • -Set Up Parameters
  • -Funtional Test.
  • -Finish Good Approvals

    • Requisitios

    Education:

    Engineering or equivalent,

    Experience:

    4 years same position

    Knowledge:

    Metal mechanic, Iso 9000, Six sigma, Lean Manufacturing, NPD process desirable.

    English spoken and written
