We are looking for a Specialist in stamping processes.
Position Mission: Enhancement of stamping process (Defects analysis, adjust reduction, best quality, lower cost, potential troubles detection, space optimization, SMED, etc.) through trends, data analysis, PDCA and experience.
Position Responsibilities:
- Experience on stamping process, stamping progressive dies, (30, 45, 110, 300 TON) required.
- Implement new products and engineering changes, control investment & installation for new equipment, set machine processing parameters and validate process capability, design and procure production tools & jigs for performance enhancement.
- Generate, monitor and control short term work plans (Gantt).
