Process Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Process Engineer with strong exposure to Batch ALD and/or Furnace processes to support process development, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement at customer foundry sites. You will work closely with customers and internal teams to improve manufacturability, productivity, and process stability through data-driven engineering and CIP initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and support Batch ALD and Furnace process applications for future technology nodes, ensuring manufacturability and robustness.
• Work directly with customer teams to support equipment performance and productivity in a foundry/cleanroom environment.
• Perform process troubleshooting and root-cause analysis; drive corrective and preventive actions with internal engineering teams.
• Optimize process recipes and parameters to enhance film performance and stability.
• Establish SPC / statistical alarm limits, control plans,...
