PROCESS ENGINEER

Responsibilities

• Responsible for day-to-day production and shift activities, monitoring and controlling production to achieve good quality output and yield.
• Carry out improvement activity for higher target, improve production yield with low rejects and troubleshoot production problems.
• Identify all rejects and prepare corrective and preventive action plans.
• Analyze and solve production problems, follow up issues with production and quality departments.
• Verify and authorize production control documents to optimize process yield percentage.
• Implement Quality policy, 5S housekeeping, safety and environmental practices.
• Assist in scheduling on-job training for Line Leader, Supervisor and Executive to meet production yield and quality requirements.
• Verify rejection rate, analyze remarks before scraping and countermeasure to minimize rejections.
