Process Engineer

Responsibilities

• To be responsible for engineering (automotive) requirement to meet IATF 16949.
• To prepare the readiness of new product launch.
• To be responsible on monitoring cost/budget utilization and project progress for new product launch project.
• To coordinate any engineering change notice (ECN) from principals or initiated internally.
• To ensure critical processes are properly documented and updated to the latest version.
• To lead process optimization of the modular assembly.
• To liaise and follow up with supplier/vendor and other department for any project, spare part, modification involvement.
• To ensure that tool inventory is updated and maintained.
• To plan and ensure yearly preventive maintenance schedule being executed.
• To manage and control spare part inventory.
• To ensure safety precautions being followed and maintain a good housekeeping environment.
