Job Description

• Analyze, define, and enhance existing processes to boost productivity and minimize quality-related issues.
• Conduct certification and qualification of operators and technicians across various process stations.
• Evaluate and approve production materials and equipment. Enhance process designs and implement controls to meet customer specifications.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality Engineering, Supply Chain, Maintenance, and Facilities teams to ensure compliance with Quality Management System (QMS), Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS), and International Automotive Task Force (IATF)/Automotive Quality Management System (AQMS) standards.
