Process Engineer

Overview

• Gather information on the process to be created in collaboration with the Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) who have anything to do with the process.
• Continuous monitoring of the project dashboard and Timeline
• Creation of Technical Product Enablement Standard Operating Procedure, Guidelines, and Standard Forms.
• Help communicate on all operationalization activities.
• Ensure to keep and maintain the repository of all relevant process documents and reports
• Analyze existing processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
• Use data-driven methods to evaluate process performance and recommend enhancements.
• Create detailed process maps and flowcharts to visually represent workflows and process steps.
• Ensure that process diagrams are clear and accessible to all relevant stakeholders.
