Sonova Mexico is seeking a Process Engineer who is responsible for identifying, developing, and implementing improvements to existing manufacturing processes and methods. Must recommend equipment for use and develop jigs, fixtures, and tools to aid in the assembly of hearing aids. This role requires contribution to team effort. Key Tasks & Responsibilities: - Investigate and correct process problems as they are identified by internal and external customers - Identify, develop and implement improvements to the existing manufacturing processes and methods - Identify, develop and implement quality improvements in manufacturing - Develop jigs, fixtures and tools to aid in the assembly of hearing aids - Recommend equipment for use in manufacturing - Develop and implement process work instructions - Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as need - Fully manages and/or participates in implementation of new equipment and processes...
