Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and analytical entry-level Process Engineer to support process improvement initiatives across our non-life insurance operations, including underwriting, claims, policy administration, and customer service. The role focuses on analyzing workflows, identifying inefficiencies, and supporting continuous improvement projects using Lean, Six Sigma, and Industrial Engineering principles. This position is ideal for recent graduates with a strong interest in operational excellence, data analysis, and business process optimization within a service-based environment.
