Job Description

  1. Process Engineer /Mon-Fri, 8am-5.30pm @Woodland

  2. Maximize operation and machine utilization & monitor scrap rate and improve yield ouput.

  3. Train staffs on the process, and documented maintenance and machines and equipment used.
  4. Support new product development & document new process and provide training to the staff.
  5. Implement cost reduction and productivity improvement.
  6. Maintain equipments in good conditions. Propose & implement for further improvement
  7. Compliant in accordance to ISO 9007 and IATF 16949 Quality Management System.
  8. In-line QC, SPC and improve process stability and SPC / process capability values.
  9. Assist and implement corrective and preventive recurrence action.
  10. Performed in accordance to ISO14001 & ISO45001 including EHS policy, procedures and guidelines
  11. Ensure that safety rules and housekeeping are observed in production and facility areas.
  12. Responsible for work that involves environmental, safety and health matters
  13. Identify and assess any work risks through risk mitigation and safe work procedures.
  14. Provide Guidiance on EHS awareness, accident prevention and training

2. Manufacturing Engineer @Tai Seng

  • Assist in New Product Introduction criteria for the following: manufacturing process development, tool design, integrated schedules, design to cost, sourcing technical support, quality qualifications, test support, production, testing and tool & fixtures design.
  • Provide assistance in technical leadership for manufacturing process of cables, harnesses, electro-mechanical assemblies, inspection, testing and tool & fixtures design.
  • Apply knowledge of electrical/electronic equipment production and test methodologies
  • Help to manage effectively multiple priorities under tight deadlines and bring assigned projects/programs to successful completion and profitability
  • Help gather data and develop manufacturing solutions and document required supporting OMS, SOE, MI, drawings and specs.
  • Perform electric-mechanical assembly work and provide guidance to the junior technicians.
