Job Description
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field
- Has preferably CNC Milling Machine, CNC Turning and Precision Engineering background
- Has relevant experience in the metal fabrication, semi-conductor industry
- Able to interpret Mechanical Drawings
- Has CAM Program Knowledge
- Set-up individual tools for machine operation in CNC Milling Machines and CNC Turning Machines
- Able to do process management plan and operations
- Create geometry and check machine simulations
- Generate NC program and put the program to designated machines
- Work according to the production plan and to maintain operation efficiency
- Carry out in process measurements and to maintain product quality
- Monitor process/machines and troubleshoot/report any deviations to respective personnel
- Maintain the cleanliness of the work place according to company 5S Policy
