Job Description:

  • Apply chemical/mechanical knowledge to daily operation, process troubleshooting and improvement
  • Responsible for section quality KPI
  • Work with different stakeholders ( ie. production team and suppliers) to investigate and troubleshoot process related problem
  • Initiate evaluation work procedure and improve the existing processes
  • Prepare and standardize work procedure and provide trainings to all relevant operators
  • Responsible for quality and any discrepancies when arise
  • Set quarterly MBO and review MBO ( Management by Objective)
  • Initiate continuous cost reduction activity
  • Any other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • Must be willing to be posted to China for training for 3-months .
  • Minimum Degree or Diploma in Engineering (Chemical/EEE/Mechanical/Materials)
  • Strong interpersonal communication and writing skill.
