Job Description:
- Apply chemical/mechanical knowledge to daily operation, process troubleshooting and improvement
- Responsible for section quality KPI
- Work with different stakeholders ( ie. production team and suppliers) to investigate and troubleshoot process related problem
- Initiate evaluation work procedure and improve the existing processes
- Prepare and standardize work procedure and provide trainings to all relevant operators
- Responsible for quality and any discrepancies when arise
- Set quarterly MBO and review MBO ( Management by Objective)
- Initiate continuous cost reduction activity
- Any other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Must be willing to be posted to China for training for 3-months .
- Minimum Degree or Diploma in Engineering (Chemical/EEE/Mechanical/Materials)
- Strong interpersonal communication and writing skill.
