Process Engineer Novara

Barilla G. & R. Fratelli is currently hiring a Process Improvement Line Leader for Novara Plant. The resource will report to the Production Manager.







Job Purpose



Implement, promote and encourage, for the competence area/line, a continuous improvement environment in order to improve efficiency and effectiveness in terms of production performance, Quality, Safety and Environment/Energy, involving all the functions related to the production processes and stimulating the engagement of line personnel.











Key Accountabilities





+ Efficiency and Continuous Improvement: As change agent, intercept opportunities for improvement, by the analysis of reporting systems and evidence from the field also reported by the functions involved, activating and managing specific team in order to define improvement solutions.
